Product Delivery Conditions
At PazarMall, we take pride in providing our valued customers with quality, satisfying service. To achieve this, our sellers are required to comply with the following conditions when shipping products:
1 - Shipping Responsibility
The seller bears full responsibility for shipping products. The seller must carry out every step of the shipping process carefully so that products reach the customer on time and undamaged.
2 - Receipt and Waybill
The seller is required to choose a suitable means of transport based on the weight and volume of the shipment. The seller must also obtain and retain a valid receipt and waybill for each shipment so that tracking can be carried out easily if needed.
3 - Packaging Standards
The seller must follow packaging standards to protect products during transport. This includes:
Protecting fragile products
Use shock-absorbing materials such as foam or bubble wrap, and double-layer packaging.
Liquid products
Use leak-proof, sturdy packaging.
Large or heavy products
Use durable cartons and strong strapping.
Electronic products
Use impact-resistant boxes and specialized foam to protect sensitive components.
4 - Delivery Time:
The delivery time must be agreed upon between the seller and the buyer. The seller is required to state the delivery time precisely and to notify the buyer of any change or delay.
5 - Inspection and Receipt of Goods by the Buyer:
Buyers are advised to inspect the physical condition and appearance of the goods in the presence of the delivery staff. If any problem is observed, decline to accept the goods. Accepting delivery of the goods constitutes confirmation of their physical condition.
6 - Liability for Lost Shipments:
PazarMall bears no responsibility for lost shipments. Sellers must carry out every step of the shipping process carefully and ensure the shipping company they use is reputable.
